Settlement follows the completion of the relevant match, event, or period as specified in the bet description. Where a match is abandoned, tied, or concluded under exceptional circumstances, 777ad will apply the settlement rules disclosed for each market type.
777ad reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors in odds at any time prior to settlement. Where a bet has been placed at an odds price that is clearly erroneous — for example, a price that represents an impossibly large return relative to the market context — 777ad may void the bet and return stakes, or re-settle at the correct odds, at its reasonable discretion. Deliberate exploitation of pricing errors constitutes prohibited conduct under these Terms.
Live in-play betting markets at 777ad reflect rapidly changing match conditions. 777ad endeavours to suspend markets at appropriate moments — wicket falls, innings breaks, card events — but cannot guarantee that all bets placed in the moments immediately preceding a notable event will be voided. Bets accepted by the 777ad system before a market suspension is applied will generally stand, unless the event concerned was already fully determined at the time the bet was transmitted.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited at 777ad and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit 777ad's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
